Medical Billing Trainer

We’re looking for a Medical Billing Trainer who is passionate about sharing knowledge, coaching others, and helping new team members build successful careers in U.S. healthcare. Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
• Guide trainees through medical billing processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate learning progress through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback sessions.
• Coach and support employees to build confidence and ensure knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to identify training needs and improve learning programs.
• Keep training materials, SOPs, and documentation up to date.
• Track training results and maintain attendance and performance records.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, Claims, or a related healthcare revenue cycle role.
• Experience delivering virtual training or coaching others is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
