Trainee Draftsman – Pre‑industrial Hydraulics

About the role

We are looking for a Draftsman – Predial Hydraulics to join Quadrante’s team in Alfragide and contribute to complex, high‑impact building projects. The role involves creating technical drawings and supporting engineering activities for industrial hydraulic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical engineering drawings for industrial hydraulic systems, complying with company standards and national/international regulations.
• Prepare graphic and modeling base files to support engineering activities.
• Develop piping networks for industrial hydraulic systems based on engineering input.
• Check coordination between different disciplines in multidisciplinary projects.
• Collaborate in the development of production methods, templates, and drafting/modeling procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (12th grade) or a technical drafting qualification.
• Adaptability to work on different types of projects.
• Accuracy, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
