About the role

As a Technical Recruiter based in Lisbon, you will join Iterable’s global Talent Acquisition team to drive full‑cycle hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates through a seamless hiring experience that reflects our culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles across the Lisbon office.
• Source and engage candidates using various channels and build lasting relationships.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, tech stacks, and team dynamics.
• Deliver a top‑class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to talent strategy.
