Technical Recruiter – 3‑Month Remote Contract

About the role

Joom Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support its engineering hiring on a three‑month, fully remote contract. You will work closely with hiring managers across backend, frontend, and data/ML teams to attract top talent for a fast‑growing e‑commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from intake to offer.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct search.
• Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and motivational fit, and guide candidates through interview stages.
• Coordinate interview schedules, consolidate feedback, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Report on recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong direct‑sourcing abilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Solid understanding of engineering roles and the ability to converse with developers.
• Experience with an ATS and systematic pipeline management.
• Self‑driven, able to deliver results quickly in a contract environment.
