Technical Engineer – Production Support (L3)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Engineer specialized in Production Support (L3) to join an international team. You will help ensure the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical applications and infrastructure in a cloud‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 production support for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain production stability, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Coordinate technical stakeholders and contribute to project delivery.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and production governance.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational optimisation.
• Collaborate with Application Support, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams.
• Ensure production readiness and assist with deployments when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Production Support (L3), Infrastructure Operations, or Technical Engineering.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex technical environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Linux operating systems.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines.
• Monitoring & observability tools such as Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of legacy technologies (WebSphere, Autosys, CFT) – a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern automation practices.
