Team Lead Digital Workplace

About the role

As Team Lead Digital Workplace you will own the end‑user technology experience for roughly 3,800 associates across more than 50 countries. Reporting to the Head of IT Platforms, you will modernise device management, drive automation, and govern the relationship with the managed service provider to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective end‑user services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Digital Workplace domain end‑to‑end, including client devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, printing, VDI and support processes.
• Modernise device‑lifecycle management and evaluate the productivity‑platform strategy for cost‑control and user experience.
• Establish self‑service capabilities such as automated application deployment, streamlined onboarding/offboarding and ServiceNow catalog automation.
• Govern the managed service provider relationship, monitor SLA performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Reduce ticket volume through automation, shift‑left strategies and increased self‑service adoption.
• Lead and develop a team of Digital Workplace engineers, fostering a user‑focused and disciplined culture.
• Build cost transparency for Digital Workplace services and identify reduction opportunities via vendor consolidation and contract renegotiation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Digital Workplace or End‑User Services teams in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Strong service‑management mindset with the ability to manage external service providers.
• Demonstrated capability to drive automation, process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across business units.
