About the role
CALB is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for its cutting‑edge battery and clean‑energy business. You will play a key part in attracting top talent that will help shape the future of sustainable mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing and closing positions.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using networking platforms and professional communities.
- Represent CALB at networking events, career fairs and other employer‑branding activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural and fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English.
