About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Lisbon office. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top IT talent, acting as the bridge between candidates and exciting opportunities within our growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract the best IT talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Build solid, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary link between talent and opportunity, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Results‑oriented, ambitious, and committed to making a difference.
• Strong relationship‑building mindset and high level of trust.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
