Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Devoteam, a global digital transformation consultancy serving organisations across EMEA, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help acquire top-tier talent as the company grows. The role covers the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to filling job openings and keeping a steady pipeline of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process: source, recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals matching internal job requirements.
• Build a network of active and passive technology professionals through creative sourcing, referrals and networking events.
• Conduct interviews by phone, via Google Meet and face-to-face, matching candidates' qualifications to the needs of the role.
• Fill job openings promptly and accurately, and help create detailed job descriptions.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified, available candidates across several recruitment platforms.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and keep candidate data up to date in the tools used.
• Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness to potential candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology (mandatory).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Achievement-focused, resilient, authentic and trustworthy.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good decision-making skills.
