Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid growth across EMEA. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and placing highly skilled technology professionals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: source, interview, evaluate and place candidates for internal IT roles.
• Build and maintain a network of active and passive technology talent through creative sourcing, referrals and events.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video (Google Meet) and face‑to‑face, matching qualifications to job requirements.
• Draft and update detailed job descriptions and ensure vacancies are filled promptly.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and keep candidate data accurate in internal tools.
• Promote Devoteam’s employer brand to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Achievement‑focused, resilient, authentic and trustworthy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good decision‑making ability.
• Fluent English.
