Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Pleo’s Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon. You will manage high‑volume, mid‑to‑senior hiring across multiple functions, ensuring a smooth, scalable recruitment process and a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a high volume of mid‑to‑senior roles across Tech, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Product and other functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, referrals and personalised outreach.
• Develop and apply repeatable sourcing and recruitment processes to hire efficiently at scale.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree hiring plans and move searches from briefing to offer.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion and Google Sheets.
• Leverage emerging AI tools like Claude to improve research, sourcing and workflow efficiency.
• Support technical hiring processes, including the use of CoderPad for assessments where relevant.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices to ensure fairness and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a high volume of mid‑to‑senior requisitions across multiple functions.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills with a track record of building talent pipelines from scratch.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple searches without losing focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Data‑driven approach to recruitment, using metrics to monitor pipeline health and improve outcomes.
• Interest in using AI and emerging technology to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
