About the role

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our new hub in Lisbon. The role focuses on recruiting exceptional talent for Product Development functions while also supporting broader hiring needs across other global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from briefing to offer negotiation.
• Support recruitment efforts across Product Development and other functions such as Finance, Legal, People, and Operations when required.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, local communities, and events.
• Represent GoCardless at networking events and meetups to promote the employer value proposition.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the local talent market, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the product development talent market.
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment cycles.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
