Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Join AUTO1 Group’s People team in Portugal as a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency‑based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience recruiting for high‑volume or commercial roles.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Hybrid working model: remote one week per month.
