System Administrator

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a System Administrator to manage and secure its corporate IT environment. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of cloud services, SaaS tools, and internal systems, ensuring a reliable and safe workspace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud platforms and internal systems.
• Manage user provisioning, identity, and access across Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD and related services.
• Implement network security measures, endpoint protection, data encryption and zero‑trust policies.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot incidents and optimise resources.
• Enforce IT security best practices such as MFA and role‑based access control.
• Support and administer company‑wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian suite).
• Automate routine IT operations and system monitoring using scripting.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account creation and deactivation.
• Maintain software licences, compliance documentation and IT knowledge base.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar).
• Understanding of network security concepts, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust models.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently.
