System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Cloud

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a System Administrator to manage and secure its corporate IT environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's cloud services, SaaS tools, and internal systems operate smoothly and safely for employees across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services (AWS, Azure) and internal systems.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning and identity management across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure network security, endpoint protection, data encryption and enforce multi‑factor authentication and role‑based access control.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize system reliability.
• Support and maintain company‑wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian suite, etc.).
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding by creating and deactivating user accounts.
• Automate IT operations, workflows and system monitoring using scripting languages.
• Maintain software licences, compliance documentation and IT policies.
• Provide technical support and training to employees to ensure effective system usage.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT administration, systems administration or IT support.
• Experience managing cloud‑based corporate environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar MDM platforms).
• Familiarity with network security concepts, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust models.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Understanding of IT compliance and data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR and SOC 2.
