Supply Chain Performance Analyst

About the role

Airbus Portugal is hiring a Supply Chain Performance Analyst (GBS role) in Lisbon. The role covers the end-to-end lifecycle of performance data, from template alignment to executive reporting with analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Generate the 'G26 Daily Activities & KPIs' files for each Service Provider, following strict naming conventions so files are not fragmented or altered over time.
• Keep activity files aligned with the master template, coordinating yearly with stakeholders to update core site-activity information and maintain the Google Drive folder structure.
• Manage the two-step data flow from Google Sheets into Qlik Sense, acting as gatekeeper and triggering notifications to Site Security Managers once data is integrated and ready for export.
• Turn raw data into contractual governance reports via Qlik Analytics, including a summary dashboard saved securely in the Shared Drive and distributed by email to the Physical Security team and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Management.
• Analytical rigor: able to spot broken files or outliers in the cost tracker before they reach the final report.
• Time management and project coordination skills.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders such as the Site Security Manager and the Physical Security teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlik.
