Supply Chain Developer (Focus Central Inventory Management)

About the role

Next Engineering is looking for a Supply Chain Developer who will focus on central inventory management. You will work on projects that prepare the supply chain for current and future demands while supporting functional departments across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in supply‑chain projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Define and implement excellence processes, best practices and standards for SCM.
• Support functional departments in change implementation and project execution.
• Assist in the development and rollout of SCM‑related IT solutions.
• Manage the benefits database and promote best‑practice exchange for centralized inventory.
• Define and monitor KPIs and OPIs, and provide a demand‑coordination structure.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant with a focus on central inventory management.
• Experience in global material flow management, project and change management, and consultancy.
• Strong financial acumen and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP PP (ECC) model.
• Familiarity with SAP IBP.
• Understanding of SCM‑related IT solutions and KPI/OPI definition.

• Base salary between €1,100 and €1,400 per month.
