Working Student, Partner Operations

About the role

Join the Partner Operations team at cargo-one and help airline partners solve daily issues. You’ll handle requests, make changes, and ensure solutions are delivered correctly, all while working remotely from anywhere in Portugal and balancing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming partner requests: understand the problem, implement the change, and see it through to a fix.
• Become proficient with internal tools and data to diagnose issues when something looks off.
• Keep partners informed and supported while their request is being resolved.
• Gradually take on more complex cases and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Enrolled at a Portuguese university, preferably a bachelor student with time left in the degree.
• Structured thinking and ability to explain reasoning clearly.
• Comfortable learning new software and confident using spreadsheets.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Dependable, organised, and attentive to detail.
• Enjoys problem‑solving and sees issues through to resolution.
