Junior Operations Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics

Key responsibilities

• Global Logistics Management: Serve as the focal point for daily relationships and negotiations with carriers and warehouses across European distribution and overseas transports.
• Commercial Interface: Align logistical operations swiftly with the demands and deadlines of the sales team.
• Research and Development: Conduct research and sourcing for new product and service suppliers to optimise the supply chain.
• Procurement Support: Provide documentation assistance for purchasing and import/export processes.
• Product Flow: Ensure pace, agility and meticulous monitoring of new product development alongside strategic partners.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Total focus on operations with a “mission accepted, mission accomplished” mindset.
• Extreme attention to detail for managing deadlines, routes, documentation and commercial data.
• Assertive communication to interact with suppliers, international carriers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse management or Brazilian procurement (plus).
