Supply Chain Analyst II

About the role

As a Supply Chain Analyst II you will support a global product portfolio by optimizing inventory, reducing costs, and meeting customer service targets. You will work closely with manufacturing, planning, and business units to align demand, capacity, and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply strategies, including global master plans and capacity loading.
• Contribute to the SIOP process with capacity, MPS, and inventory schedules.
• Plan manufacturing for new product launches and product phase‑outs.
• Perform advanced spreadsheet analysis and scenario planning.
• Query internal databases to gather data for decision‑making.
• Oversee inventory deployment and communicate status to business units.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations on supply plans and constraints.
• Conduct financial analyses related to manufacturing absorption and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Operations (2‑6 years experience) or MBA/MS with relevant experience.
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Basic knowledge of forecasting, inventory management and capacity planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
