Supplier Coordinator – Supply Chain Optimization

About the role

The Supplier Coordinator will support the optimisation of production and logistics processes across TE Connectivity’s supply chain. Working under senior team members, you will analyse data, monitor performance and coordinate work packages to improve supplier integration, delivery reliability and overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse production, logistics and material flows across the customer‑plant‑supplier network to drive end‑to‑end supply chain optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, assess risks and propose improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen material planning and inventory performance through MRP optimisation and continuous parameter monitoring.
• Coordinate supplier requirements, lead reviews, support S&OP processes and ensure reliable capacity and delivery performance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, including supplier quality initiatives, logistics projects and system enhancements.
• Maintain supply continuity in critical scenarios by balancing inventories, mitigating risks and facilitating communication between internal and external partners.
• Utilise SAP and other procurement systems for data quality management, reporting and training on supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics or supplier‑facing roles.
• Solid understanding of supply‑chain processes, supplier performance metrics and basic capacity‑management concepts.
• Proactive mindset, adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI (or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
