Supplier Administrator

About the role

The Supplier Management Administrator ensures that third‑party suppliers meet Toyota's service level, quality, regulatory and compliance expectations. This role drives supplier onboarding, ongoing oversight, and performance monitoring to align with corporate policies and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce compliance expectations, Service Level Agreements, and consequences for non‑compliance during supplier onboarding.
• Conduct annual Control Risk Assessments and manage risk tiers for consumer‑facing suppliers.
• Support day‑to‑day execution of operational strategies for third‑party servicing relationships.
• Respond to business unit requests for new servicing contracts and supplier agreements.
• Facilitate operational calls, quarterly business reviews, and coordinate periodic onsite visits to supplier locations.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, regulatory adherence, and remediation activities.
