Strategy & Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior professional to drive product performance and operational excellence across its data‑ and analytics‑led portfolio. You will work closely with product, regional, and leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and continuously improve product management across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own, and govern OKR and KPI frameworks for products and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance tracking, including target setting, data quality assurance, and reporting.
• Analyze product and portfolio performance to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and prioritization.
• Initiate and lead cross‑functional projects to boost product efficiency, refining operating models and governance practices.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to support scalable product delivery.
• Navigate ambiguous, evolving environments while managing multiple high‑impact initiatives in parallel.

Required profile

• Proven experience defining and scaling KPI/OKR frameworks in a data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑changing, ambiguous settings.
