Strategic Project Manager reporting to CEO

About the role

The Strategic Project Manager will work directly with the CEO to lead the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of high‑impact strategic initiatives across the organisation. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and, when needed, external consultants to ensure projects align with the company’s long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and resolve cross‑departmental challenges that affect business performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects, from definition through to final delivery.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to maintain strategic consistency.
• Produce data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and strategy formulation.
• Control project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction and long‑term planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (MBA highly valued).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, consulting or business strategy.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple projects.
• Leadership skills with the capacity to work independently and across teams.
