Strategic Project Manager – CEO Office

About the role

Delnext is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to work directly with the CEO and drive high‑impact initiatives across the organisation. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from definition to delivery, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and resolve critical cross‑departmental issues.
• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects, managing timelines, budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with department heads and C‑suite executives to align efforts with strategic goals.
• Produce data‑driven insights to support strategy formulation.
• Contribute to overall corporate strategic planning and direction.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, consultancy or business strategy.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills and the capacity to work independently and cross‑functionally.
