Stablecoin Market Development Partner

About the role

Tylt is building the next generation of global payment infrastructure powered by stablecoins. As a Stablecoin Market Development Partner you will help identify and develop new commercial opportunities, researching businesses and markets where stablecoin‑based payments can add value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify businesses that could benefit from stablecoin payment infrastructure.
• Research merchants, fintechs, marketplaces, payment providers and international companies.
• Build targeted prospect lists across relevant industries and markets.
• Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Understand prospective customers' payment requirements and match them with suitable Tylt use cases.
• Qualify commercial opportunities and coordinate discovery calls.
• Develop relationships with potential merchants and ecosystem partners.
• Monitor new markets and industries for expansion opportunities.
• Share customer and market feedback with the wider Tylt team.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial activity and opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, commercial development or fintech.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with businesses.
• Commercial curiosity, proactive mindset and interest in stablecoins, crypto, fintech and global payments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
