Sr. Product Manager - AI Builder

About the role

Are you passionate about using communication data to create intelligent, intuitive AI experiences? Intermedia’s AI & Data Product Management team is looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to deliver the next generation of AI‑powered capabilities across our UCaaS and CCaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
• Run discovery with customers, stakeholders, and data to identify problems worth solving and validate solutions.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with engineering to deliver them.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX to shape intuitive, high‑quality experiences, coordinating prototypes and design assets.
• Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Track product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback, and act on insights.
• Stay aware of competitive and market dynamics and feed that insight into planning.
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders, setting and managing expectations proactively.

Required profile

• Strong product sense for AI‑powered features and ability to reason about LLMs and AI agents.
• 3+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS software products.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product area from discovery through launch.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data and customer feedback for decisions.
• Good sense for UI/UX and usability, able to partner effectively with design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to align engineering, design, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with Scrum or other Agile frameworks alongside engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
