Spanish Customer Support Agent – Onsite Lisbon

About the role

Join a dedicated Customer Service team in Lisbon, providing support to business clients using payment solutions. You will communicate with customers in Spanish and English via phone and email, ensuring they receive clear, accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from business clients regarding payment solutions.
• Provide clear guidance on technical or account processes through phone and email.
• Understand each customer's specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Meet quality and performance KPIs related to satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (C2 level) and good English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM tools.
• Available for full‑time rotating shifts, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00 CET.
