Spanish Customer Support Agent – Onsite in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Lisbon team, providing assistance to business clients using our payment solutions. The role involves handling inquiries by phone and email, delivering clear information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming inquiries from business clients about payment solutions.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Identify each customer’s specific needs and propose efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meet quality and performance KPIs related to satisfaction, response time and resolution rates.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain an excellent service experience to sustain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (C2 level) and good English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM tools.
• Available for full‑time work in rotating shifts, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00 CET.
