Software Development Engineer II

About the role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at CSG, you will drive end‑to‑end development of cloud‑native applications, including AI‑powered features. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and robust APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications from concept to production.
• Implement responsive, accessible front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Build and maintain REST, GraphQL or event‑driven APIs and server‑side logic using OOP, functional programming, and micro‑service patterns.
• Integrate external AI/ML services, LLM‑based APIs, or internal AI platforms into production systems.
• Create and manage data models in SQL and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
• Write unit, integration and behavioral tests (TDD/BDD) and work with QA to resolve defects.
• Use Git‑based workflows, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and support cloud deployments.
• Apply security best practices, monitor performance, and optimize scalability.

Required profile

• Solid full‑stack development experience.
• Comfortable integrating AI services or models into production, even without deep ML expertise.
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.
