Social Media Expert – Global

About the role

The Global Social Media Expert will drive the development and adoption of Nestlé’s Social Media and Influencer Best Practices across key brands. Working as an individual contributor, you will support the rollout of operating models, tools, and training in partnership with global and local digital marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Social Media Guidance function, ensuring relevance with evolving platforms and landscape.
• Build capability across SBUs, Zones and Markets through trainings, communities and alignment with Sprinklr.
• Own the Influencer Marketing Framework, keeping it refreshed and relevant.
• Develop Creative and Creator Best Practices with platform partners such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Functional ownership of Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, driving adoption, platform development and piloting new modules.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing/e‑Business with large FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of delivering KPI‑driven business results.
• Strong knowledge of digital and brand marketing, including launch and rollout management.
• Experience working with Nestlé Content Studio or similar content production environments.
