About the role

We are looking for a creative marketing professional to join our partner company as a Social Media Content Creator based in Portugal. The role focuses on turning ideas into engaging social media content that boosts brand visibility and audience interaction, primarily for B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑quality social media content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, narratives and formats that strengthen brand presence.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
• Schedule posts, monitor platform updates and engage with the audience.
• Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Support ongoing content planning and contribute fresh ideas for new marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience creating and editing social media content in a B2B environment.
• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
