About the role
The Shipping Clerk supports the distribution process by preparing finished products for shipment to the Arden Distribution Center and customers. Working under the supervision of the designated manager, the role ensures accurate order creation, pallet tracking, labeling, and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Create shipment orders for the Arden Distribution Center based on received catalog quantities.
- Enter pallet information into the material control system.
- Generate and apply labels to pallets.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in shipments destined for the Arden Distribution Center.
- File and archive all shipment documentation.
Required profile
- Completed fourth year of high school at an accredited institution.
- Intermediate reading, writing, and comprehension of Spanish.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Prior experience in material handling is preferred.
- Forklift operation certification issued by HCL.
- Basic knowledge of computerized material control systems.
