SEO/GEO Specialist

About the role

Mercedes-Benz.io is looking for an SEO/GEO Specialist to boost the visibility of its digital platforms across global markets. You will work at the intersection of content, technology and product, delivering scalable solutions that improve user experience and drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexation, structured data, internal linking and performance.
• Manage SEO initiatives end‑to‑end, collaborating with developers, product teams and UX designers.
• Analyse website performance using SEO tools, search data and crawl reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support multi‑market SEO projects, including localisation and hreflang implementation.
• Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in SEO, preferably in large‑scale or international environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (crawling, indexation, structured data, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals).
• Familiarity with international SEO principles, localisation and hreflang.
• Excellent analytical abilities and English communication skills.
