SEO Specialist

About the role

Global Citizen Solutions is looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and AI discoverability across its portfolio of brands. This temporary (4‑6 months) position will focus on improving search visibility, traffic, and conversions while ensuring content is trusted by both traditional search engines and AI‑powered search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for assigned brands, content clusters, and priority keyword opportunities.
• Create SEO content briefs, conduct keyword research, and provide optimization guidelines for content production.
• Perform on‑page optimization, content audits, and internal linking improvements.
• Identify and coordinate technical SEO enhancements, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and overall site health.
• Lead off‑page initiatives such as backlink acquisition, digital PR, and authority‑building.
• Optimize content for SERP features, featured snippets, AI Overviews, and other search enhancements.
• Improve AI discoverability on platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI by refining content structure, entity clarity, and citation potential.
• Monitor performance, generate insights, and prepare regular SEO performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in on‑page, technical, off‑page, and content SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors, SEO best practices, and AI‑powered search experiences.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI discoverability concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
