Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Intellias is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join its cross‑functional Support Team. You will help global Fortune 500 clients across mobility, retail, finance, travel, telecom and more, ensuring smooth operation of cutting‑edge technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality incident, problem, change and service request handling following ITIL best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on server hardware, operating systems and SaaS platforms.
• Administer identity‑provider solutions (Okta or similar) including SSO configuration, MFA troubleshooting and user lifecycle management.
• Manage enterprise collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) at an admin level and support macOS device provisioning via MDM (JAMF).
• Maintain ticketing systems (Jira Service Management preferred) and documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate with development teams on GitHub/GitLab access, CI/CD basics and artifact repositories.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or IT support.
• Fluent English communication (C1 level or higher).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

• Server hardware, software and operating systems basics.
• ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, MIM).
• Help‑desk tools: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow.
• Identity provider: Okta (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle).
• Collaboration platforms: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace (admin).
• macOS, JAMF MDM, device provisioning.
• Ticketing: Jira Service Management.
• Version control: GitHub, GitLab.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, connectivity.
• SaaS administration: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion.
• Enterprise SaaS exposure: Databricks, Artifactory, Contentful.
• Automation/scripting, security & compliance basics (nice to have).
