Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

We are expanding our infrastructure team for a cutting‑edge AI‑agent platform that runs both in the cloud and on‑premises, including high‑security banking environments. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will own the reliability, observability and performance of complex, high‑load systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain reliability engineering practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident management, post‑mortems).
• Develop and tune monitoring, alerting and dashboarding using Prometheus, Alertmanager and Grafana.
• Handle DevOps tasks such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code and automation.
• Support on‑prem and cloud deployments for customers, including troubleshooting real‑time voice, telephony and GPU‑based ML inference workloads.
• Perform load testing, capacity planning and performance optimisation.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SRE or DevOps experience in high‑load production environments.
• Strong independent engineer with an ownership mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with developers and guide best practices.
• Friendly, non‑toxic attitude and willingness to mentor others.

Required skills

• Docker, Kubernetes (production operation).
• Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana.
• Python for automation and tooling.
• GCP and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Linux administration and operational networking.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with SLIs/SLOs, incident investigation and post‑mortems.
• Load testing and basic capacity planning.
