Senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect

About the role

Siemens is looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to lead the architectural vision and roadmap for its Salesforce CPQ ecosystem. You will shape the future of the CPQ landscape within the SherpaX transformation journey, ensuring scalable, reusable, and business‑aligned solutions across multiple business units and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture strategy for Salesforce CPQ (CPQ+ and RCA) and related ecosystem applications.
• Shape and support end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C) processes, aligning them with the SherpaX Northstar platform strategy.
• Provide architectural leadership for new CPQ demands across business units and regions, supporting global CPQ demand management.
• Ensure architectural alignment across delivery organizations, including SI IT, DI IT, and major transformation initiatives such as SherpaX, Xcelarator, and SiePortal.
• Partner with business and analytics teams to enable scalable, reusable sales data analytics solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior Salesforce CPQ architect or similar role.
• Strong ability to work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product teams, and delivery organizations.
• Experience leading large‑scale, multi‑region CPQ initiatives and managing global demand.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive architectural governance.
