About the role

The Senior Research Analyst – Associate Managing Consultant joins Mastercard Data & Services' Advisors Research Center. In this role you will help global clients across payments, retail, travel and other sectors by delivering high‑quality research, insights and strategic recommendations that drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects that address fast‑evolving client needs.
• Develop new research products and methodologies to expand the Center’s offering.
• Leverage Mastercard’s extensive data assets and technology platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with consulting, loyalty, marketing and risk teams to integrate findings into client solutions.
• Present research outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders worldwide.

Required profile

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in research, analytics, economics or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering research‑driven insights in the payments or broader financial services industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a global, fast‑paced environment.
