About the role

Join Mastercard's Data & Services team as a Senior Research Analyst – Associate Managing Consultant. You will work within the Advisors Research Center to deliver high‑quality research, generate actionable insights, and support global clients in the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch new research products and strategies for Mastercard’s diverse client base.
• Combine traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets to produce strategic recommendations.
• Support loyalty, marketing, test‑and‑learn experimentation, and risk‑management services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in research, consulting, or data‑analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
