Senior Project Manager (New Ventures & Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of our most critical growth and product transformation initiatives. The role bridges visionary leadership with market‑focused delivery, overseeing the discovery, validation and launch of new services while transforming our core product to maximise client value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level growth directions into structured, adaptable project frameworks with clear business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional discovery and validation cycles for new services and market hypotheses.
• Drive product transformation road‑maps, aligning research, development and client feedback loops.
• Build and maintain flexible, milestone‑driven road‑maps, mapping dependencies and adapting tracks based on data.
• Align senior stakeholders across Product, Growth and Operations, fostering accountability and seamless information flow.
• Establish project visibility through dashboards, steering cadences and concise executive summaries.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including large language models, AI agents, workflow automation and AI‑powered product experiences.
• Experience in travel or hospitality technology such as booking engines, channel managers, distribution infrastructure or OTA ecosystems (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead high‑stakes, senior‑led initiatives with a focus on rapid validation and time‑to‑market.
