Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead corporate‑level project management and PMO activities. You will act as a key enabler of project governance, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and ensuring high‑impact initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale, cross‑functional projects.
• Manage project governance, including milestone tracking, KPI monitoring, reporting, and decision‑support for senior leadership.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear project roadmaps linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and benchmarking insights to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional programs and ensure alignment across business, operations, and corporate functions.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, standardisation, and digital enablement.
• Strengthen project‑management culture through coaching, challenge, and adoption of best practices.
• Leverage data and digital tools for transparent, data‑driven project steering and performance management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, PMO or transformation roles within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to structure and deliver large‑scale projects with clear governance and measurable impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including business‑case development and financial understanding.
• Demonstrated senior‑level stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of project‑management methodologies, tools and frameworks.
• High ownership mindset, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Fluency in English.
