Senior Project Manager

About the role

Henley & Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Group Head of Operational Projects and the Chief Operating Officer. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing group‑wide initiatives, especially in finance, IT, and operational systems, while also providing administrative support to the Finance Department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the COO and Group Head of Operational Projects in delivering the firm’s new finance project, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain and update the financial tool used by the Finance department.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and enhance tools to meet staff and client requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project outcomes positively contribute to the organization.
• Prepare reports, update policies and guidelines, and coordinate day‑to‑day administrative activities for Finance and the COO.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing finance‑related or IT‑focused projects at a senior level.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work with senior stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
