Junior Derivatives Clearing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Derivatives Clearing Officer to join Inetum’s Derivatives Clearing team. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will support daily clearing operations, ensure accurate trade processing and contribute to high‑quality client service in a fast‑moving financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with trade allocation across exchanges to ensure smooth processing.
• Support reconciliation of trades, positions, margins and premiums between internal systems and exchanges.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely manner.
• Assist senior team members with day‑to‑day clearing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and help identify any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated and able to quickly absorb new concepts.
• Adaptable to changing work situations and collaborative team environments.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and a team‑player mindset.
• Knowledge of VBA and/or Power Query is a plus.
