Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead transformation projects for our financial services clients. The position is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project structure, governance and reporting to sponsors.
• Manage and engage key stakeholders, including senior management, OpCo and SteerCo.
• Escalate transversal issues and provide top-down perspective across the organization.
• Apply project management methodology to ensure delivery on time, within budget and with required quality.
• Lead the daily activities of the project team, allocate tasks, set priorities and monitor progress.
• Promote a continuous-improvement mindset within the team and with the client.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience using project-management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to present to senior internal clients and to facilitate project contributors.
• Advanced English (C1) and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
