Senior Product Manager, Logs – Observability

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the logs and logs‑analytics capabilities of its Observability suite. You will shape the end‑to‑end experience for customers monitoring applications and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities in line with Elastic’s strategy.
• Advance the full lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build modern SRE features such as GenAI‑driven workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver top‑notch monitoring experiences.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on go‑to‑market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to guide product evolution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management or a closely related role.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Domain knowledge of observability or performance monitoring.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working backwards from the customer.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Experience in remote, globally distributed environments (optional but desired).
