Senior Product Manager – Design & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a senior product manager who blends product thinking, design expertise, and execution excellence to turn high-level business ideas into detailed product experiences. The role is fully remote and works closely with founders, clients, designers, and engineering teams to deliver MVPs, SaaS platforms and AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business ideas into clear product requirements, user stories and detailed specifications.
• Create wireframes, user flows and product designs using Figma.
• Define feature scope, priorities, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Break down initiatives into actionable development tasks, estimate timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead product discovery sessions, manage the backlog and drive sprint planning.
• Collaborate with founders, clients, designers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate ideas, define MVP road‑maps and analyze product impact to prioritize work.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership or related roles.
• Strong UI/UX design background with hands‑on experience using Figma.
• Proven ability to work directly with software engineering teams on web and mobile products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and independent decision‑making skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
