Senior Product Engineer (AI-native)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer who brings real passion, innovation, and an entrepreneurial drive to the systems millions rely on to learn. You will take large, ambiguous projects from idea to impact with autonomy, prototyping, measuring and iterating in fast feedback loops. This AI‑native team expects you to lean on agentic coding tools daily.

Key responsibilities

• Own product or platform projects end‑to‑end, from idea through release, measurement and iteration.
• Shape technical direction, architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable services, many powered by LLMs.
• Ensure services remain observable and maintain high standards in testing, code quality and engineering excellence.
• Use data, metrics and user feedback to prioritize work and mentor fellow engineers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience, preferably with TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Startup or early‑stage experience thriving in fast‑paced, high‑velocity environments.
• Strong product mindset, data‑driven decision making and ability to tackle ambiguous problems end‑to‑end.
• AI‑native daily use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex for at least six months.
