Senior Operations Manager – DTC E‑Commerce

About the role

Hyprwork is scaling its direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brand Rejuvacare. The Senior Operations Manager will be the operational backbone that connects product sourcing in China with the US‑focused storefront, ensuring inventory integrity, demand planning and seamless campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Shopify backend – set up products, configure pricing, maintain accurate product information and ensure storefront integrity for all SKUs.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts using sales velocity, campaign schedules and seasonality, and flag inventory risks before stock‑outs occur.
• Coordinate daily order fulfillment with 3PL partners in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, manage cross‑border logistics for US shipments and hold vendors to service‑level agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and terms with suppliers and logistics partners, making independent decisions on inventory placement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on offer setup, campaign plugins and promotional configurations to align operational execution with campaign intent.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in e‑commerce operations, supply‑chain coordination or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast demand and monitor inventory across multiple product categories.
• Excellent negotiation skills and comfort working across time zones, especially with a China‑based supply chain.
• High accountability and ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first, async environment.
