About the role
TechBiz Global is recruiting a Senior Network Engineer for one of its top‑tier clients. You will work on‑site at the customer’s Network Operations Center, delivering installation, configuration and support for critical network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure active network equipment at customer premises.
- Execute roll‑outs of peripheral sites and provide on‑site technical support.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate progress and updates to the back‑office and the customer.
- Work rotating morning and afternoon shifts in the NOC.
Required profile
- Higher education degree in Information Technology.
- CCNA‑level knowledge of routing, switching, Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP and MS Windows.
- CCNA certification.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Very good spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Configuration of Cisco routers and switches.
- Knowledge of Internet protocols such as DNS and static/dynamic routing.
- Experience with cabling infrastructures.
- Hands‑on installation and configuration of network equipment.
